Made wonderful memories visiting family. the staff were always super friendly! with convenience stores and eateries a short stroll away.

While the cleanliness was commendable, the Wifi could use improvements as it was a bit spotty.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops.

I was disappointed with my stay at Hotel Los Arcos. The blinds in my room were broken and let in too much light from the hallway, making it hard to sleep. To make matters worse, there was no ice machine available, which I found surprising for such a hot area. Additionally, the noise from the nearby train was quite disruptive, especially at night.

poor lighting

Issues arose with the absence of an ice machine, which is a real miss in a hot climate. The shower water was tepid, and the electrical sockets were loose, making it a hassle to charge devices. The blinds in my room let too much exterior light in, creating an uncomfortable sleeping environment. Additionally, the swivel chair couldn't be moved freely due to its position. it felt cramped between the table and bed.

It was just an ideal choice for a short stayover in Mexicali with good value. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to drift off after a long day. Check the hot water before showering, just in case.
